Prakash Hariramani is a Senior Business Leader in the Global Mobile Initiative team at Visa Inc. In this role, Prakash is responsible for defining and execute Visa’s global Mobile strategy to address new market and technology opportunities for Visa. His responsibilities include managing strategy, product development, innovation, distribution, marketing and positioning of the mobile channel. In addition, Prakash also drives global initiatives such as launching Visa Mobile applications on mobile application storefronts Prakash has over 15 years of experience in the mobile space. Prior to joining Visa, Prakash was working with Telstra, a Fortune Global 500 firm, in Australia as Director in their Wireless & Mobility group, where he was driving their wireless email & applications product strategy Prakash holds a Master’s degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College, Pennsylvania
